We dedicate time slots for training every Friday morning because we believe in a real training policy. We want you to be the best, because it's also good for Stafiz. Keep learning, and teach us! In return, we would be thrilled if you shared your expertise with the entire team.
Everything that can be automated should be automated. With each task accomplished, we ask ourselves: "How can we make sure we never have to do this again?" And the fewer processes we have, the better we are. This way, we simplify the work. We focus on creative tasks and anything that allows the company to develop.
